The circus comes to town when Longworth and crew Gibtown investigate a murder in a community populated by descendants of the oddities of human spectacle, and all are suspects. A tourist and a cigar in addition to a strange discovery and bloody in some bushes, a 52-year-old died in a baby carriage. At the same time, Longworth and Callie attempt to define their relationship as debates Sam take a permanent job with the FDLE.
